scooped one of the four prestigious awards at the annual Irish
Food Writers Guild Awards
ceremony in Dublin.
The
Irish Food Writers Guild Food Awards, sponsored by
Guaranteed Irish, is now in its twelfth year and is one of the most
anticipated dates in the calendar for all ‘Foodies’. The Awards
are quite unique, in that no one can enter. Products are nominated
and judged by the Irish Food Writers Guild in complete secrecy for
their quality, excellence and
consistency.

Smoked Salmon is now one of the top premium brands in Ireland and in
the UK. It was voted Number One Smoked Salmon in the UK by the BBC
Good Food Magazine and got the highest rating for Smoked Salmon from
Food & Wine Magazine. It has received the Bridgestone Guide
“Best in Ireland” award each year since 2001 and is listed as
one of Rick Steins “Food Hero’s”.
