Kinvara Smoked Salmon
& Scrambled Egg Warm Bagels
Serves 4
A simple, quick brunch for when you may not want to do very much cooking
at all!
Ingredients:
200g Kinvara Organic Smoked Salmon
4 Bagels
8 Eggs
1 Tub Cream Cheese
1 tbsp., Unsalted Butter
1 Small Red Onion
Finely Chopped Dill
Full Milk (as needed)
4 bagels split in half 200g smoked salmon, cut into small cubes
8 eggs 1 tub cream cheese
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp. minced red onion
Finely chopped dill Full milk (as needed)
Mix the eggs, milk and butter and make the scrambled eggs. At the very
end, when the scrambled eggs are thick and creamy,
remove the mixture from the heat and mix in the cubed smoked salmon. Mix
the cream cheese and finely chopped red onion
together in a bowl. Toast each half bagel, lightly butter and spread
with a ¼" thick layer of scrambled egg. Top with a
dollop of the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with the chopped dill.
Finally grind a little black pepper on the very top.
